Which solvent would you choose to perform polyamide 6 coating on metal part ?
I guess the vapor pressure at room temperature has to be high to evaporate properly after dipping. So among m-cresol, formic acid or other .... Which one could be a good choice ?

You can try diluted epoxy without crosslinker. The polyamide will be the epoxy cross-linker and the epoxy will be the metal cross-linker.

OK thank you for the answer. Do I have to solubilize PA6 granules in a solvent and mix the preparation with the epoxy (primer) before imerging the metal part?

You need to experiment. The process depends on adhesion and cohesion, viscosity. Apparently, first, the resin or resin solution must be applied to the part or the part must be dipped, and then dipped in the polyamide solution. Pick up the stitching time, dry.
