Dear Researcher Sir/Mam,
I'm working on making thin films from the Nanoparticles which I have prepared earlier which solvent is suitable for mixture of CuS and CuFeS2 which is used in spin coating and Why that solvent is used?
Please make clear for doing further research over making thin films and used for studying optical and electrical characterization.

I do not believe you can make thin films in the manner you envisage I.e. by spin coating. In the best case you’ll end up with islands of nanoparticles. I think you need an evaporative or sputtering technique.

I suppose, that even trying to obtain CuS/CuFeS2 spin-coated films, you may need some kind of an additive that will improve tribological and mechanical properties of your film.
