for the patch antenna could be use or Keysight ADS or CST studio microwave studio or HFSS. On the youtube or on the web you can find several tutorials on this topic with these softwares.

For Antenna simulation, ADS ad CST are best suited and easily available software.

CST studio suit 2019 is the best software you can use. On cst you can analyze various parameters like Radiation pattern ,Return loss ,VSWR, Bandwidth, Directivity, Antenna efficiency, Gain etc. Its accuracy is very good and it will give you very best computational solutions
