Which software is better to model the fluid flow through reinforcement in RTM?

Perhaps, as usual, you´ll find that multiple software solutions can do a very good job. Currently state-of-the-art CFD software, with proper and expert use can model many many complex flows with comparable accuracy.
In the top family of high-end multi-purpose CFD software are: ANSYS-CFD and Star-CCM to mention two of the perhaps 4-5 leading tools in the market (OpenFOAM, COMSOL, NUMECA, etc., etc, might be there as well, but it´s not the purpose of my comment).
For example, the question could be first: what software do you have available and from there, try to find out if that tool may allow you to perform your simulations with enough accuracy for your needs.
Two aspects to pay special attention, as in any CFD analysis, is the Verification and Validation protocol. You´ll need to bound reasonably your numerical errors and validate your physical models with experimental data or DNS.

And remember, asking which one is the best, will put you at stake of the personal opinion of each of us. Perhaps, after a thorough analysis you may conclude that one code is much better than another for certain very specific application, but believe me, surely that doesn´t happen for every or all applications as each of the top state-of-the-art software are backed up by 1000´s of PhD man-hours of support and development to get extremely powerful tools.
My last suggestion, try to find though Scopus, WoK or Google, similar works to yours and see which tool you currently have available in your team. And whatever is your final decision, remember: Verify and Validate always your CFD model-results.
