in Parkinson research , we have 40 male, C57/BL mice each 26 mg they will received 10 doses of 1-methyl-4- phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine,MPTP, 25 mg/kg, s.c. (MPTP),how much mptp require total for this research?

how I should try to mix powder mptp in saline 9% for above volume of mptp?

is that any reference for make it ready solution of mptp powder for injection ?
