Which software is better for "Monte-Carlo simulation" to find out the number of Sputtering species ? Can i use "SRIM-TRIM", Crystal ball software or any other ? Please suggest me for better simulating software.
Unfortunately, I m not familiar with standard pockages for Monte Carlo. The problems
which I have met in my research and which we solve using MC methodology, are of
rather special nature. For example, findind system D-spectrum. We work out fast working algorithms to solve these special problems. See, for example, our book "Models of Network Reliability" (2009) or our recent small book "Ternary Networks: Reliability and Monte Carlo".
Monte Carlo simulation is a very wide field. As I understand you are looking for a code that calculates the sputtering yield. You can use SRIM for this purpose, it is easy to use but not very accurate as far as sputtering is concerned and sometimes grossly wrong. I recommend TRIDYN, see https://www.hzdr.de/db/Cms?pNid=0&pOid=21578
Hay every one i would like to work on "Parasitical burden" future prediction of ectoparasites using MC method kindly suggest me a relevent software free or paid.....
