I suggest you start with Python and R. Then depending on your role you can add SQL in your skills.

If you use R, probably you won't even need SQL because you will be able to do some data queries inside R. Plus, R has more libraries compared to Python. SAS is not as flexible as R, also R is free. So I would select R. But Python is better for scalable commercial solutions. R is better for non-profit research and for working with relatively small datasets.
