I need to validate a study conducted in an existing office building. We measured carbon di oxide levels and Particulate matter levels in the office using hand held devices. I want to validate the results using simulations now? which software should i use?

Normally in-field measures must be executed to validate theoretical models. Thus the inverse situation is not necessary, because not so much reliable.
In few words I think you don't need of a theoretical software model to validate real results, but other instruments of certified quality to compare your hand held air quality devices.
