I dont know anybody who works on this kind of cells with Silvaco TCAD, but I think it can be done with this software.

I think DIgSILENT PowerFactory (14.1.3) is the best for your simulation
Dear Mostafa, after looking on the website of DIgSILENT PowerFactory, I think that software is useful for power system modeling. However, Ershad asked for modeling software for 'photovoltaic performance', which normally means simulation of the processes inside the solar cell addressed by device model software.
Hi . I write codes to simulate DSSCs . and I think this is the best way to simulate dsscs. I ahve worked with Silvaco and some similiar softwares but none of them consider latest theories like MTM and QSA and ....., you d better do it by your own code
