Which serum would you recommend for culturing Mycoplasma Struthionis?

I need to culture M.Struthionis which uses arginine as an energy source and is found in ostriches. Our current protocol uses porcine serum but it is not readily available, I have seen protocols using FBS or a mix of FBS and porcine serum. Is there any solid information on why a certain serum would be better than another?
