Since the question "Which researcher has the highest RG score, and what does that really mean?" is asked
Then the other interesting question is "Which researcher has the highest Impact Factor?". This question can be separated into two questions : "Which researcher at all has the highest Impact Factor?" and "Which ResearchGate researcher has the highest Impact Factor?"
I'm just curious to know the answer to this question.

Dear @Vladimir, your question ask for many hard work! Let me remind you that there are the lists of the journals with impact factors through years. How about disciplines and comparing the authors and their impact factors across different disciplines!? We should be aware of different metrics also!

It may well be worth to know what is the impact factor IF refers to prior to answering your question.
The Impact Factor was first used by (Eugene Garfield), the founder of the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI) which afterwards became part of Thomson Reuters. A re-calculation of the Impact factors takes place every year for all journals indexed in Thomson Reuters Journal Citation Reports.
You might just wonder on how does this happens, now the impact factor for a journal in the year 2014 for example is calculated as follows:
A = The nr. of times articles published in 2012-2013 were cited in indexed journals during 2014.
B = The nr. of articles, reviews, proceedings or notes published in 2012-2013.
Now, the impact factor 2014 = A/B
(Kindly note that the impact factor 2013 will be actually published in 2014, as it wont be calculated before all of the 2013 publications had been received. Impact factor 2014 will be published a year after i.e. in 2015).
Researcher's impact factor is an indication of the quality of work and participation to the scientific community in a particular field. it is a caliber that reflects the number of citations to the published work.
On RG for example and to the best of my knowledge, Authors IF happens automatically which is the sum of the journal's IF for the researcher's publication. Now, whether this will indicate a good reputation for the researcher or not or whether he has a high IF because of this is debatable. I myself would rather go for the citation idea, however this wouldn't be fare sometimes for researchers who conduct their research internally and would not have the chance to publish their work to the public!

Thanks dear @Vladimir for this information. It is amazing. Behind IF, all other scientific parameters are impressive, like number of citations 103.498, 1177 publications, ...! The first paper on his list: Nature 01/2015; · 42.35 Impact Factor!

I think RG score can not reveal the scholarly influence of researchers; but, impact factor is better than RG score, although it has its own disadvantages.
