I have read the papers regarding LC-MS detection of PAHs in food. The internal standards are recommended for recovery in samples with this analytical method. I wonder how the chromatogram of internal standards with 16 priority PAHs graph will look like? Please share a document or a link for the same. I would also like to know if spiking by normal 16 PAHs mix will work with LC-MS or not at all it.

Most of the column manufacturers have published chromatographic conditions and chromatograms. Obviously the chromatography varies highly depending upon your column and conditions. I recommend that you check the Web sites of the column manufacturers, especially the manufacturer of the column you intend to use.
You also need to take into account your specific LC-MS system. The chromatograms will change depending upon your ionization technique, so you need to take that into account.
Not sure what you mean by "normal 16 PAH" mix, but in general spiking with the actual compound is the preferred method. If you plan on using QuEChERS then you need to spike the ground matrix prior to extraction.
In my personal experience, the use of isotope labelled internal standards is mandatory in LC-MS, especailly when you analyse biological matrices with high suppression effect on ionization
