I am developing an LFA device and need to quantify test-line signal intensity reliably. Currently, I take photos of the strips and analyze grayscale intensity in ImageJ software. However, small changes in camera angle/height, lighting, or focus introduce large variability—especially when the strip has faint test lines.

I appreciate your recommendation of an LFA (or lateral flow) strip reader that provides quantitative, reproducible test-line measurements with minimal operator dependence.
