Which protocol is useful to isolate microglia?

I am interested in isolating microglia of brain adult mice, to study inflammatory activation. Which protocols can be performed in order to achieve this goal?

Could you FACS-sort using OX42? I must confess that I am completely outside this area, but 20 years ago, OX42 was used as a marker for reactive microglial cells infiltrating damaged brain regions of mice following kainate-induced seizure activity, so it or something similar may be usable for your application if you can get the cells into suspension somehow.
