I need the name of program to show most common location of enclosure with distribution of four species of deer.
If you have the data on the locations (GPS data) and the abundance data of the four deer species you can easily make a distribution map on DIVA GIS or Q GIS to show the locations.
I agree with Tarak, you could find can calculate an abundance measure through count over a specified time. However, if you could radio collar the specific deer species you could conduct spatial analysis of their range. Besides Q GIS, check out the free software Marxan, Geospatial Modeling Environment, and Spatial Analysis in Macroecology (SAM). Best of luck-

I agree with Richard. Yes Radio Collaring is perhaps one of the best ways to conduct spatial analysis of any conspicuous animal, provided they have distinct dispersion (especially patchy distribution). One can also relate the distribution pattern with various environmental variables.
