I want to identify cultivable pathogenic and non-pathogenic bacterias
Dear Angela, you can use primers to amplify conserved region of bacterial 16S rRNA. Then you can carry out DNA sequencing of amplicons to identify bacterial species.
Best regards.
Hi Khilood and Mert
Thanks a lot, I appreaciate your help
Best regards
Try:
DNA extraction
16S rARN gene V3 region amplification
Secuencing and compare using the QIIME pipeline.
That is a good method and relatively easy. You can do your own primers on Primer3 sofware or take it any of bibliography.
Thank you Erick
