Hello! I'm an undergraduate student and I want to work on a project where I will synthesize TiO2 NPs using the green synthesis method. There are several different precursors available to perform this synthesis, but I'm not sure which one I should use. Does it make a difference which precursor to use in the green synthesis method basis on the plant that I will choose or can I use any? Thank you.

As far as I've studied, TiCl4 is pretty good.

I have another question, does the precursor you use (TiCl4) have a direct compatibility with the reducing and capping agents in your plant, or can any TiO2 precursor perform nanoparticle synthesis with any plant extract (or any reducing and capping agents)?

My colleague uses the Ti(OCH(CH3)2)4 for the green synthesis, and it gives a good result.
