Which polymerase with Taqman/MGB probes used in PCR diagnostics?

Any recommendations for the use of polymerase (mix) for microbial diagnostics, Taqman probes (+/- MGB), preferably shaped by experience with different polymerases?

We use AB7500 and Q5 systems and seek multiplexing with up to 4 probes.
