Hello everyone, I'll have make some tests of DNA degradation (plasmid DNA)  with some metal complex. In several articles, I read that this kind of test was done with a plasmid call pUC19. I wanted to know, can I use an other plasmids (for example the pET plasmid ) or I have to use this to force ??
