I have a population N=80. Because i do not have a sample is there a problem about sample size? And any critical thing that i pay attention different from sem with a sample?

Recommended sample size for SEM is 300. Otherwise you may face some dosage of criticism from reviewers.

Read Hair 2006 and Barbara on multivariate analysis. you cant use 80 samples you need to use atleast 250 above. 1 step in sem is selecting either to use exploratory or confirmatory factor analysis (some scholar said you can use both). 2 step in is measurement model 3 step is structural model and 4 step mediatiom or moderation test.

If that is all population existing then proceed with analysis as there is NO way you could do something about it. Just report it so any reviewer or reader would be aware of that.

SEM has no way of knowing whether you have a sample or a population, so the problem you will be dealing with is large standard errors due to a small N.
But as Witold says, you need to make your reviewers aware that you are using a population, which means these will be the best estimates that you can possibly get.
