I am goig to perform a fsQCA putting as an outcome the performance. The research deals with leadership structures in micro and small entreprises. Some firms in the sample are in a very early stage of development. The firms have different age and size but all operate in the ICT industry. We would like to use a performance indicator which assess the achievement of "milestones" in the statup development process as an evidence of the success of the firm. As we need an indicator, but the focus of the paper is on other variables, would be great to find a multidimentional "index" which can make the firms comparable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
