Hello guys need a help this is my XRD pattern of equi-atomic FeCoNiAlMn high entropy alloy powder as shown in red color after 45hrs mechanical alloying using Ball mill. But I am not sure about peaks observed in pattern as shown by arrows. Kindly guide me which solid solution phase peaks are they?

These peaks may be due to the following;
This may be due orientation distribution of the crystallites of the sample in the angular space is not uniform
This may be due to the formation of crystal structure .i.e the intensity of the peaks will depend upon the crystal structure
It may be due to an error in the XRD machine. So, calibrate your diffraction machine using perfectly grown Si crystals which are often used as a standard
It might due to the measured crystals have texture in some directions, causing the higher intensity peaks
Texture due to the long mill of your powder which can cause preferred crystal orientations or strain-hardening of the cristallites. So it can suppress or reinforce somme diffraction peaks and as mentioned by Rankumar, you also need to check your device by using well-known Si crystal as a reference. It could also be to the creation of a 2nd phase after a high plastic strain by rearrangement of some crystallographic planes.
@B. Reynier is it not any solid solution phase of any FCC or BCC since it's an XRD of an Equiatomic High Entropy alloy powder after mechanical alloying
@Ramkumar R. no I want to know which phase these two peaks are either FCC or BCC?
