The human remains that weak creature, no matter how long the age, or have the power, and money. He is in constant and continues need of everything from the air, water, clothes, light, food, to what I can not count! In addition to that, he has the ambition to get the best in everything from ethics, skills, communication, and communication with his surroundings to the requirements of living and health. All that makes him in the continuous search to develop itself and its surroundings for the better .. So all scientific and human sciences are effective to improve the life to the best in its side.

Researches that inform, educate and ultimately impact our environment and translate to national and/or global economic growth and development through proffering of solutions to our ever-emerging problems improve the lives of people and should be encouraged and vigorously pursued.
I assure, there is no hurdle of budgets. If there is a will, there are ways to earn, If there is no will, there will be a hill ?
It depends on the research question. If it is public related then its results implementation may impact life of people.
