Hello - I would like to find a paper published in a top journal which looked at the fact that random mutations (integration and others) happen during yeast transformation done with a specific donor DNA. These unwanted mutation then affect the phenotypes of the strains hence leading to improper interpretation of the action of the transgene (donor DNA) tested. it was done on S. cerevisiae. it's a few years old.

I would appreciate your help because it's frustrating to not be able to find it again.

Thank you!
