I want to publish an article of tourism analysis using geospatial techniques. Can anyone suggest me to find out suitable journal having no article processing charges and less time to publish. The journal must be Scopus indexed or web of science listed. Thank you in advance.

There is a journal called "International Journal of Tourism Research" and it is stated on their website there are no fees for submission. I would be surprised if they charge at a later stage. They also state quite strongly they are against predatory publishing.
There is also a journal called "Tourism Management Perspectives". The website does not clearly state - for positive or for negative - whether there are any charges.

Open Access is a common word that essentially states that journal papers published under open access will be available for free to read, download, and reuse in accordance with the journal's licensing conditions.
For the majority of Elsevier's journals, there is no author's charge.
