I my view MILLIMETER WAVE COMMUNICATION will be more disruptive for 5G wireless communication
Why do you want it to be disruptive? Why not adapt these concepts to evolve the networks that we already have?
All of these concept will probably be part of 5G systems and have different purposes. Massive MIMO can take care of wide-area coverage, mmWave can be a solution for small cells, etc.
i think all of these technologies could be enablers for future 5G networks.
The mobile generations that have appeared about every tenth year are ITU-R generations, designed for land-mobile coverage, public services and licenced radio frequency bands, as opposed to the IEEE standards designed for short-range communication, private equipment, and free micro-wave frequency bands. Some 5G suggestions appearing in various papers, for example millimiter wave communications, sound like IEEE 802.11 LAN and 802.15 short-range technologies rather than ITU-R generations.
The Nordic 1G system NMT was initiated by state-owned Telecom network service providers, while 2G, 3G and 4G were initiated and standardized and largely patented by system providers such as Ericsson. Who will own the 5G patents? Smart phone manufacturers such as Samsung, Apple and Google? Internet-of-things sensor manufacturers? Traditional Telcos?
