You may do experiments to test at  multiple locations, with different crops under diffferent bio-fertilizer treatments.

there is no best organic fertilizer, there is a best match between soil and organinc fertilizer, depending on goals, soil logistics and the health of the soil (bacteria-fungi equilibria, soil that is oxigenstressed or not.  Please don't label a fertilizer good or best, but best for the situation (as examined by a good soil analysis that also analysis the soil microbiology, and several oxygen parameters. see www.eurolab.nl

As you know, when we want to increase our crops yields and without using chemical fertilizers, we need to use of organic and natural fertilizers.

Also we want to find the best and high performance via using organic fertilizers.

our institute has no experience in Iranian soils. (soil oxygen parameters and soil microbiology / Chemistry. I expect Iranian soils in general have a relative  low organic matter, low biological activity, and maybe good/normal oxygen management. In that case: the best organic fertilizers are those who are not too far composted, but more raw, and implemented a while before seeding/plantation in order to let the soil digest a part the organic manure just in the top 0-10 cm. That brings the fastest build-up of biological activity, without compromising soil fertiliy by oxigen consumption. More times a little gives more results than 1 time all. Compost (if not too much contamination) can be composted quick (1-2 weeks) to remove (thermally) seeds and plantparasites, then applied to the soil. (not after 6 weeks, all enery is lost to feed the soil life). Compost gives more long term soil organic matter then for instance cowdung and chicken manure. Chicken manure can be used to give some fertilizer during growth, but not as a basis organic fertilizer, it helps too much the bacteria, and less the soil-fungi, giving disturbance at the bacteria-fungi equilibrium. This equilibrium is important against plant parasitic fungi. We are not at liberty to examine soils from Iran, because of the political ban. Maybe it will be lifted, making it possible to work for you (if needed).

In Romania, for ecologically certified crops, we use compost (manure, well composted with straw or other vegetal leftovers).

In Sierra Leone, different sources of organic fertilizer exists: Compost manure, Pig manure, Poultry manure, Palm kernel cake, Cow manure, Farm yard manure, etc. Trials on boifertilizer potential of saim weed, neem and papaya leaves is being undertaken by me. From observation papaya and saim weed (decompose faster) and performed better than neem leaves. Neem leaves do not decompose faster. The best among the different sources mentioned above cannot be stated now. Factors such as source/type, environmental condition, rate of application, method or preparation techniques and method of application should be considered before taking decision. Results of trial will be shared with you and other researchers soon. Thanks for concern. SMKanteh.

 If soil is not very much acidic ( not < 5.3) and soil temperature is not very high and with moderate fertility you can use apply both bio-fertilizer and organic manure to gradually increase the soil fertility status as well as productivity of crops. I suggest you to use total amount of organic manure( 2.5 - 3.0 MT/ Acre apx.) Compost manure/ Pig manure/ Poultry manure/ Cow manure/Farm yard manure, etc as per availability and suitability in your locality,mixing with nitrogen-fixing and phosphate solubilizing bio-fertilizer( 2.0 kg /Acre apx.) in the time of final land preparation. In case of nitrogen fixing bio-fert ,Azotobacter Chroococcum sp. and in case of PSB,  Bacillus polymyxa may be used. Again about 5-7 weeks after sowing one prophylactic spray with the above mentioned bio-fertilizer ( about 1.0 kg/ Acre)will give better result. Applying both organic manure and bio-fert you can also  gradually substantiate a part of deleterious as well as expensive chemical fertilizer ( About 30% N & 25% P) . But it is not a magic. I believe you will get fruitful result if you continue the process for successive 2-3 years. I have a little experience in this sphere on paddy in India. You can try.

I think humic acid is a good source(8 liter/hectar). unfourtunatly I am not agree with some part of suggestion of Manas. There are some evidence in the medicin journals that introduce PGPRs unsafe(like Pesudomonas, Bacillus and Herbaspirillum spicies).But Azotobacter and Rhizobium and Azospirillum are safe.In Iran soils especially Ardabil region that have alkaline soils,humic acid (low Ph) is a good suggestion.I also suggest improving your soils with some cover crops like PERKO(Brasica family).Best wishes. 

compost  contains a lot more H.A.  and  F.A.  than the 8 litres of 20%(?)  H.A.

In large fields in Southern Brazil, we usually use poultry bedding. Its a good  fertilizer and have low price.

In case of bio fertilizers, it acts as nutrient solubilizers and fixers and some of them acts as mobilizers etc. but for this bio-fertilizers organic manure will acts  source of food if it is not there even though you apply the biofertilizers it is waste please keep it in mind. therefore it is best to apply them together then the results will be positive and powerful.

Organic Fertilizer and Microbial Fertilizer is a good match. Such as humic acid + Trichoderma.

The best organic fertilizers are humic acid, Rhizobium, Neem cake and Organic compost, cow dung etc, are best fertilizers.Each fertilizer has its own role to play for the growth of the crop plants.
