The question is, most reliable for which purpose? Numerical indicators like impact factor are often related to the perceived prestige of a journal but there is no unequivocal correlation (i.e. there are some good journals with relatively low IFs and some not-too-good journals with high IFs), see e.g. the links below

ABDC List and Scopus-indexed journal list are considered the most authentic sources for journal ranking. There are other sources of ranking as well which could be specific to various research areas.
