I am interested to study fluid flow in a tube by modeled based equations using COMSOL. I have modeled weak form pdes for stokes flow. When I am implementing the inlet boundary conditions, I cannot find the "Inlet Boundary condition" node such as in laminar flow. Dose, someone know how I can implement it?. Thanks in advance.

I am confused why you are applying a BC to a node? Maybe I am missing something; I am not using the latest COMSOL version. You can however apply a "point condition", simply draw a point in the "geometry" branch at your desired position. Otherwise you can apply to a boundary or domain.
Under boundary, you should have the following options: velocity/pressure/laminar inflow/mass flow
Under "laminar inflow" you should then have "average velocity/flow rate/entrance pressure

if you want to set the velocity you have to use a Constraint node (or Dirichlet BC). If you do this at the inlet, you have to set a Constraint for the pressure at the outlet. Due to a graphic bugs in comsol 5.4 in Linux I cannot see your file. Let me know more about the model, I can help you more specifically.
Another option would be to set an integral constraint, for instance you can specifiy the total flowrate aat the inlet section.
