Help needed, Which Module (EXPLICIT or IMPLICIT ) in ABAQUS is better to simulate SSI (Soil- Structure Interaction) under Ricker Load (8-9s) "at ~5Hz"?

and is it better to use Ricker Load as Acceleration or Velocity ?!

If the loading is dynamic or there are huge deformations, I intensively believe that The explicit can be useful!
