Thanks for your answer. Yes, Genetic Algorithms constitute the first heuristic that allows generate populations of solution codes. Under the concept of the Integration of Variables method entries an entire group of algorithms that allow to generate these populations. The genetic algorithms can be understood as a  part of this group. I am attaching him a work that briefly describes the method.
