Dear Pablo, I may be the only one, but I don't really understand your question. What is the link between text and video : is it the same story ? I guess so ! To synchronize means a shared time-line. To use real time (reading or watching) chronometer might not give interesting result, but if you synchronize text and video by their semantic events you should begin to observe relevant interactions between human and text or video story. Hope it help !

It´s the same history, about a interaction in clasroom recording in video. Two annotators then make a validation of text and video placing the story of each actor: teacher, tutor and student, also taking note of emotion (Ekman classification) that demonstrates the student considered during interaction (within a Likert scale 1- 5).

Another result is obtained by subjecting the video to an analysis of emotions from the face.

I need to compare the results of the scorers that I get with the emotions from video.

I agree with Marc on this. Look at correlation between the positive and negative expressions of feelings in the text and the facial expressions. Also, remember that emotion is a very subjective word. People may laugh but that doesn't mean necessarily that they are happy. I would not rely on Ekman's classification for your research. Instead, I will limit myself to positive expressions vs "negative" ones (or better, faces that show a discomfort). One PhD student at ETS, Mahshid Hosseini, is working on "Detecting Seating Discomfort based on Dynamic Face Expressions". This might be a good place to start your literature review of facial expressions.
