Can I get the limit of detection just with CT value in qPCR? I dont have concentration neither pfu

The use of the abbreviation CT has caused this question to be posted in parts of ResearchGate that deal with Computational Thinking and Computed Tomography. You might want to repost using cycle threshold so hopefully it goes to people that do real time PCR.
