Glutaraldehyde, in low concentration at buffered pH 7.2, is used as a shipping solvent for Medical devices involving animal tissue. Suggest a accurate and reproducible method for determining assay of 0.5% w/w Glutaraldehyde.
We usually buy 25% glutaraldehyde and than dilute it with the respective buffer (pH 7.2) w/w.
Best regards, Daniela
