Need to make a pattern a strain gauge on a PET thin film to measure strain under deformation. Which metal will have best bonding so that it does not get dissociated during deformation.
The strain gauge will be deposited using lithography.

Dear Dr Ajoy Das,
Since technology is developing so fast, a pure metal deposition on the PET is not enough for your application though. You could use metal composites or metal bonding to the PET using self-assembled monolayers.
