I have to fabricate Thin Film Transistor on Silicon Substrate so which material i can use in channel layer?

there are different materials that can be used as the channel for fet transistors on silicon substrate. The conventional material is the amorphous silicon thin film fet transistor. There is also metal oxides which behaves as semiconductors as ZnO as Dr. Aziz proposed. There is also the organic thin field fet transistor. You can google for each type and find review paper on every technology. You yourself has to decide on the material you wish to use according to the fabrication facility which you want to establish. Normally, organic transistors are easier to fabricated than the metallic ones.
