Can anyone please suggest which buffer should be used for co-immunoprecipitation of phospho-proteins? I am confusing with the following compositions. Please help me.

1) 10mM Tris-cl pH8, 1mM EDTA, 0.5mM EGTA, 1% NP40, 0.1% sodium deoxycholate, 0.1% SDS, 150mM Nacl.

2) 20mM Tris-cl pH8, 1% NP40, 0.1% sodium deoxycholate, 0.1% SDS, 150mM Nacl.

3) 20mM Tris-cl pH8, 1% NP40, 0.1% sodium deoxycholate, 150mM Nacl.

3) 20mM Tris-cl pH8, 1% NP40, 150mM Nacl.

4) 25mM Tris-cl pH8, 1% NP40, 150mM Nacl, 0.25% CHAPS.
