We' re doing Pathscan Intracellular Signaling Array from Cell Signaling. It says positive control but not mention which one. Is this Beta actin or something? Thank you for your interest.
The positive spot on the slide can be found in the spec sheet. They are mostly the phosphorylated signal molecules themselves (e.g., P-Akt, P-Erk, etc). I have used one or two kits before and found that each slide contains 4 chambers/sets. You need to test different conditions to see what is optimal for your ligand (time, concentration, etc). So, plan carefully before using up the two slides.
