Which light source is used for the examination of the bull semen after dilution with lactose semen dilution ?

in normal binocular microscope, sperms are not visible after the semen dilution with lactose diluter. in triss buffer diluter, sperms are visible. so, any one have idea about this problem.

This is an interesting question. I don't know how you use microscope to observe. One possibility is the concentration of sperm after dilution is too low, so it is difficult to find sperm.
