It is the clinical isolates that are more resistant to antibiotics compared to wild standard strains like MTCC and ATCC. However, you have to take it into consideration that there is also resistant standard collection (ATCC).

Its depend on the sensitivity test ,but if you mean the isolate for antibiotic sensitivity my suggestion is using ATCC cultures .

For that question, you can contact the culture collections and they will inform you by ATCC strains which are multidrug resistant,Take in your consideration the above answers also.This is because checking this matter by Viteck 2 is needed.
