Dear All,

I have done structural comparison of two already published chloroplast genome of same genus. I have compared and analysed codon usage, amino acid frequency, Forward, reverse, complementary and palindromic repeats, analyse SSR, find SNPs and differentiate it into synonyms and non-synonyms. Moreover, perform correlation between SNPs, INDELs and repeats. Finally, I have constructed a phylogeny tree on the basis of whole chloroplast genome. Here, I have not sequence any chloroplast genome and just analysed already published chloroplast genome.
