Until this time, there are no response to your question. Much laboratories try to dope the ZnO material but without a good result. Because of its transparency, researchers hope to make it a good conductor. that is in the spirit of an application as window in the solar cells.

Up to now no method is established for ZnO films showing consistent p-type behavior. ZnO tends to be intrinsic (and notoriously) n-type. ZnCo2O4 might be a good alternative. See for example Phys. Rev. B 84, 205207 (2011)
