I prepared new transition metal complexes and i need free XRD software for pc to analyze the new compounds (unknown) to give many parameters such as the structures, unit cell, lattice parameters, miller constants and other.
The best way is certainly to visit the CCP14 internet page since there practically all available programs are presented and shortly described. I assume that you will realize that the entire task you are interested in is more complex than it probably appears to you at the moment. You will need a lot of time even to become familiar with only one topic. Anyway, we all started once so that I can only recommend you to read simultaneously some fundamental books. It is not only pressing some buttons and you will get it what you want. You will perhaps get a "number" but it won't mean that this is a correct result.
i think its bit difficult at initial stage. firstly you must learn about data analysis for specfic software you are using.. so its all about software you have to use..intially you can use origion for graph plotting.
For initial processing of your structures you should ideally make use of the software which is adapted to the XRD machine you're using. For instance, Bruker software suite of programs for Bruker XRD. However,it is not free!
You could try software like Wingx, OLEX software which can be used for solving, analyzing, visualization of your structures.
You have asked the same question twice now. Both times you have the same answer: if you want free software go to CCP14 as Gert says. But make sure you really understand the technique before gathering your data. It is very easy to produce wrong results (with great precision) if you don't understand the method and its limitations. Highscore Plus is not free. Origin, will not do the structural determination that you require.
