Which is the most appropriate dilution for measuring NETosis in rat plasma samples?

Hello everyone! I'm currently working on a project measuring neutrophil elastase, myeloperoxidase, and citrullinated histone 3 in rat plasma samples obtained by centrifuging blood collected in EDTA anticoagulated tubes. Could anyone recommend the most appropriate dilution for these samples when performing ELISA? Any insights or references would be greatly appreciated!
