I have used the glucose oxidase-peroxidase method which I found sensitive enough but I wonder if the DNSA method could be more effective
It all depends upon the purpose of the assay. I would say that if the strain is a non conventional one to produce invertase, then try with glucose oxidase method first.
GOD method is more sensitive and more accurate
