I tried using NanoAnalyze but i observed that it does not fit the data correctly. Please suggest me which software can i use for isothermal titration calorimetry data fitting as an alternative to NanoAnalyze. Thank you in advance.
Nowadays there are many options for analyzing ITC data:
- MicroCal Origin (traditional software for MicroCal calorimeters)
- NanoAnalyze (software for TA Instruments calorimeters)
- PEAQ-ITC (software for the new MicroCal calorimeters)
- AFFINImeter (online versatile software, free for simple systems)
- NITPIC (free software)
- SEDPHAT (free software)
And I am sure you will find more options if you look over the internet.
Different ITC users may have their own preferences depending on personal priorities. Each option has advantages and disadvantages.
