The best method is using water agar with pine needeles. Pine needles are washed and then sterilized twice, after that you use two needles per petri dish with the water agar medium. Alonside of each needle you sown two micelium agar discs. In about 10 to 12 days the fruiting bodies of the fungus are obtained.
