organogenesis are two 2 types, direct and indirect. In my research i need high yield of shoot regeneration from seed explant, so i would like to know about which method is best for high yield of shoot regeneration? if anybody have idea or experience, pls share with me>
You can be used Cottle don't segment as explant to direct shoot formation.
you can use early stage cotyledon as explant for good organogenesis.
you can use the seedling which produced from the seed and regenerated it by using benzyl Adenine in the media

It depends on what kind of seeds you're using
If the size is small then its better to germinate the seeds first on MS without hormones and then use the plant to produce callus.
If big you can use cotyledon, radicle or plumule tips to produce callus
anyway it's indirect method that is used
