Thank you Mukete. my study is an enzyme study. I already found out some species that can be useful through relevant literature. The species are :

Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, and Fusarium oxysporum, Podospora anserina, Chaetomium globosum.

Which of these really thrives well and will be easy to handle

It also depends upon the type and properties of soil. The best thing is to do a trial experiment. Try some media supporting a wide range of fungal cultures, pour soil on it, get the colonies, purify them and anayize which suits the best for your experiment.
