how precipitation reactions are used in qualitative analysis. You can only dissolve in acids Sn doped Zn-Cd-O nanocrystals. Then separate tin ion.

You can not keep the nanocrystal without tin. It must be again synthesized Zn-Cd-O nanocrystals.
